In 1947, a request to build a home for older adults was made during a meeting at a Kansas Presbyterian church. That request led directly to the founding of Topeka Presbyterian Manor, a faith-based not-for-profit senior living community guided by Christian values.
The continuing care retirement community now offers independent living, assisted living, and long-term care for older adults who want to receive quality care in a Presbyterian faith-based environment. Amenities include access to a chapel, a cappuccino bar, a library, an art studio, and Bible study and worship services. In addition to a full calendar of social and recreational events, residents at Topeka Presbyterian Manor can get assistance with personal care tasks, medication management, and weekly housekeeping and laundry.
